Brand Trial Periods & Warranties

All mattresses purchased with a trial option follow the same trial periods and manufacturer warranties offered directly by each brand.
Trial length, return eligibility, and warranty coverage are identical to what is listed on the brand’s official website.

Purchases Made With the NOTRIAL Code

Purchases made using the NOTRIAL discount code are final sale.

What this means:

• ❌ No trial period

• ❌ No returns

• ❌ No refunds

• ❌ No exchanges

• ✅ Full manufacturer warranty still applies

The NOTRIAL option provides significantly discounted pricing in exchange for waiving the trial and return privileges.
Warranty coverage is not affected and remains exactly the same as buying directly from the brand.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that rare situations may arise.

If there is an absolute necessity, we may consider a return on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

If approved:

• A maximum of 50% of your total order value will be refunded

• We will arrange pickup of your mattress

• Delivery fees, pickup fees, and accessories are non-refundable

• The mattress must be in good, sanitary condition

Approval of any exception is not guaranteed.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims — including defects or manufacturing issues — are handled directly through the brand, in accordance with their published warranty terms, regardless of whether the purchase was made with a trial or NOTRIAL pricing.
